Google controls its platform, policies, verification requirements, and enforcement decisions. Reinstatement coverage applies to eligible businesses that maintain accurate information and comply with applicable Google Business Profile policies. Coverage may not apply to fraudulent or prohibited activity, misrepresentation, unauthorized third-party changes, undisclosed material business changes, or actions taken contrary to our compliance guidance. Google processing times and reinstatement decisions cannot be guaranteed.
