Reinstatement Experts LLC provides digital consulting, Google Business Profile assistance, reinstatement and verification services, management services, SEO, advertising management, subscriptions, and related professional services.

Because our services involve professional time, expertise, analysis, account work, digital services, and third-party platforms, refund eligibility varies depending on the service purchased.

This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and, where applicable, our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Except where a specific refund commitment is expressly included with a purchased service, payments for services that have been performed, commenced, delivered, or made available are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

A customer’s dissatisfaction with an outcome controlled by Google or another third-party platform does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.

Refund eligibility is determined according to the type of service purchased and the terms applicable to that service.

2. PAY-AFTER-REINSTATEMENT SERVICES

Certain Google Business Profile reinstatement services may be offered on a pay-after-reinstatement basis.

For these services, payment becomes due upon successful reinstatement or restoration of the applicable Business Profile and must be received within 24 hours after Reinstatement Experts LLC provides notice of successful reinstatement, unless different payment terms were agreed to in writing.

Once the agreed reinstatement has been successfully completed, payment may not be withheld, reversed, or refused solely because:

  • previous rankings have not returned;
  • search or Maps visibility has changed;
  • reviews or review counts have not returned;
  • photographs, posts, or other historical content have changed;
  • traffic, calls, leads, customers, or revenue have changed; or
  • Google subsequently makes another change to the Business Profile.

Successful reinstatement fulfills the reinstatement service itself and does not guarantee restoration of previous rankings, reviews, visibility, traffic, leads, revenue, or other historical performance.

3. UPFRONT-PAID REINSTATEMENT AND RECOVERY SERVICES

Certain complex, escalated, previously denied, second-appeal, verification, recovery, or other cases may require payment before services begin.

Where an upfront-paid reinstatement or recovery service is expressly offered in writing with a 30-day reinstatement refund commitment, the applicable reinstatement service fee may be eligible for refund if the Business Profile has not been reinstated within 30 calendar days after Reinstatement Experts LLC has received everything reasonably required to begin and perform the service, including applicable:

  • information;
  • documentation;
  • account access;
  • authorization; and
  • customer cooperation.

The 30-day period does not necessarily begin on the date payment is made if information, access, documentation, authorization, or customer action necessary to begin the service remains outstanding.

The 30-day period may be suspended or reasonably extended for delays resulting from:

  • incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent information;
  • missing documentation;
  • lack of required account access;
  • customer delays;
  • failure to participate in required verification;
  • customer-requested delays;
  • changes made to the Business Profile by the customer;
  • changes made by employees, agencies, contractors, or other third parties;
  • additional information or action requested by Google;
  • platform outages or processing delays; or
  • other circumstances outside Reinstatement Experts LLC’s reasonable control.

The 30-day refund commitment applies only when expressly offered as part of the particular purchased service.

It is not a general guarantee applicable to every reinstatement, verification, appeal, escalation, or recovery service.

4. CONSULTING FEES

Consultation fees, case assessments, audits, diagnostic reviews, strategy sessions, policy reviews, advisory services, and similar professional-service fees are non-refundable once the consultation, review, analysis, or purchased professional service has been performed or made available.

Consulting fees compensate Reinstatement Experts LLC for professional time, expertise, analysis, and recommendations.

They do not constitute payment for or a guarantee of:

  • reinstatement;
  • verification;
  • appeal approval;
  • rankings;
  • review restoration;
  • search visibility;
  • leads;
  • revenue; or
  • any other outcome controlled by Google or another third party.

5. VERIFICATION SERVICES

Fees paid for Google Business Profile verification assistance compensate Reinstatement Experts LLC for the professional services included in the applicable purchased plan.

Google independently determines verification methods, eligibility, documentation requirements, reverification requirements, and final verification decisions.

Unless a specific written refund commitment is expressly included with the purchased verification service, inability to obtain verification does not automatically create a refund entitlement once the applicable professional services have been performed.

Any service-specific written refund commitment provided at purchase will control.

6. NEW BUSINESS PROFILE CREATION

Fees for creating, configuring, claiming, preparing, or otherwise assisting with a new Business Profile compensate Reinstatement Experts LLC for the professional services performed.

Google independently determines whether a business or profile is eligible for verification, publication, continued verification, or other platform functionality.

Completion of profile-creation services does not guarantee subsequent verification, ranking, visibility, leads, reviews, or continued profile availability.

7. SEO AND LOCAL SEO SERVICES

SEO, Local SEO, Business Profile optimization, website optimization, keyword optimization, content work, and related services involve ongoing professional work and do not carry guaranteed ranking or performance outcomes unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Payments for completed or commenced SEO work are generally non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided solely because:

  • a particular keyword did not reach a desired ranking;
  • rankings decreased or fluctuated;
  • traffic did not reach a desired level;
  • leads or sales did not reach a desired level; or
  • the customer did not achieve an anticipated return on investment.

Where a plan identifies a specific number of priority keywords, those keywords represent optimization targets and do not constitute guaranteed rankings.

8. ADVERTISING MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Fees paid to Reinstatement Experts LLC for Google Ads or other advertising-management services compensate us for professional management services and are separate from advertising spend paid to Google or another advertising platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

Management fees are generally non-refundable once the applicable management work has commenced or been performed.

Refunds will not be provided solely because advertising fails to achieve a desired:

  • number of impressions;
  • number of clicks;
  • number of leads;
  • number of conversions;
  • cost per click;
  • cost per lead;
  • conversion rate;
  • revenue;
  • profitability; or
  • return on advertising spend.

Reinstatement Experts LLC does not control ad-platform approval, advertiser verification, account suspension, ad disapproval, platform billing, auction conditions, competition, or other third-party advertising decisions.

Advertising spend charged directly by Google or another platform is subject to that platform’s own billing and refund policies and is not refundable by Reinstatement Experts LLC.

9. SUBSCRIPTION AND RECURRING SERVICES

Subscription and recurring-service payments are generally non-refundable and non-prorated once processed, except where required by applicable law or where a specific written refund provision states otherwise.

Customers may cancel applicable month-to-month subscriptions to prevent future recurring charges.

Cancellation after a recurring payment has already been processed does not entitle the customer to a partial or prorated refund for unused time remaining in that billing period.

Promotional discounts, introductory offers, complimentary billing periods, and discount codes do not alter this policy unless the specific promotion expressly states otherwise.

10. LISTING PROTECTION

GBP Listing Protection requires continuous active enrollment and payment.

If a Listing Protection subscription becomes skipped, paused, canceled, unpaid, declined, suspended, or otherwise inactive, active protection and plan benefits cease in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.

Reactivation does not create retroactive coverage for events or issues occurring during an inactive period.

A customer is not entitled to a refund, reimbursement, or credit because a Business Profile experiences a suspension, reverification requirement, ranking change, review change, visibility change, or another Google action during an inactive period.

Listing Protection is a professional service plan and is not insurance.

11. RANKINGS, REVIEWS AND VISIBILITY

Reinstatement Experts LLC does not guarantee restoration or maintenance of previous:

  • rankings;
  • reviews;
  • review counts;
  • Maps placement;
  • search visibility;
  • photographs;
  • posts;
  • traffic;
  • calls;
  • leads;
  • customers;
  • sales; or
  • revenue.

Changes in these areas following suspension, verification, reinstatement, optimization, or another Google action do not independently create a right to a refund.

12. FUTURE SUSPENSIONS OR PLATFORM ACTIONS

Successful reinstatement, verification, optimization, or other service does not guarantee against future suspension, reverification, restriction, disablement, ranking changes, review changes, or other platform actions.

Reinstatement Experts LLC is not responsible for subsequent actions independently taken by Google or another third-party platform that are outside our reasonable control.

Unless expressly included in an active service plan, future suspension, appeal, verification, or recovery work may constitute a separate service.

13. CUSTOMER-CAUSED DELAYS OR ISSUES

Refund eligibility may be denied or affected where completion of the service or desired outcome is prevented, delayed, or materially affected by:

  • inaccurate or false customer information;
  • fraudulent or altered documentation;
  • failure to provide requested documentation;
  • failure to provide required account access;
  • failure to participate in verification;
  • unauthorized profile changes;
  • actions by another agency or manager;
  • customer violation of platform policies;
  • loss of required account access;
  • failure to respond to reasonable service requests; or
  • other customer-controlled circumstances that prevent or materially interfere with performance.

Nothing in this section limits refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

14. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers are encouraged to contact Reinstatement Experts LLC before initiating a payment dispute so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve legitimate billing concerns.

A chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically create refund eligibility or eliminate amounts contractually owed for properly authorized and performed services.

Where a dispute is initiated, Reinstatement Experts LLC may submit appropriate evidence of authorization, service performance, communications, refunds, and transaction history to the applicable payment processor or financial institution.

Shopify confirms that the customer’s bank ultimately decides chargeback disputes and that merchants may submit supporting evidence during the dispute process.

15. APPROVED REFUNDS

Where Reinstatement Experts LLC determines that a refund is due under this policy, an applicable service-specific commitment, or applicable law, the refund will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method when reasonably available.

Refund processing and the time required for funds to appear may depend on Shopify, the payment processor, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution.

Once a refund has been initiated through Shopify, Shopify states that the refund cannot be canceled or reversed through the refund process.

16. EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to waive or restrict any refund, cancellation, consumer-protection, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

If applicable law requires a refund or other remedy notwithstanding a provision of this policy, Reinstatement Experts LLC will comply with the applicable legal requirement.

17. POLICY CHANGES

Reinstatement Experts LLC may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date and will apply prospectively except where otherwise permitted or required by law.
