Verification, Reinstatement and Supporting Documentation

Customers may voluntarily provide documents or other materials necessary to evaluate, create, verify, appeal, reinstate, manage, or otherwise assist with a Business Profile or related service.

These materials may include:

  • business licenses;
  • registrations;
  • incorporation records;
  • tax or business documentation;
  • leases;
  • utility bills;
  • proof of address;
  • photographs;
  • verification videos;
  • signage photographs;
  • vehicle or equipment photographs;
  • screenshots;
  • platform correspondence;
  • proof of ownership or business operation;
  • identification documents when reasonably necessary; and
  • other documentation relevant to the requested service.

Documents supplied by a customer may contain personal information concerning business owners, authorized representatives, employees, or other individuals.

Website and Technical Information

Depending upon our website configuration and technologies used, information may also include:

  • IP address;

  • device information;
  • cookies;
  • website activity;
  • referring pages;
  • approximate location information;
  • analytics information; and
  • advertising or conversion information.

2. INFORMATION WE ASK CUSTOMERS NOT TO PROVIDE UNNECESSARILY

Customers should provide only information reasonably necessary for the requested service.

Please do not provide unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Where a document contains information that is unnecessary for the requested service, customers may contact us regarding whether unnecessary information can be redacted before submission.

However, customers should not alter or redact information required by Google or another applicable platform where doing so would prevent legitimate verification, appeal, reinstatement, or support review.

3. CUSTOMER AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE INFORMATION

By providing information, documents, photographs, videos, account information, business records, or other materials to Reinstatement Experts LLC, you represent that you have the legal right and authority to provide those materials for the requested purpose.

If information concerns another person, you represent that you have any authorization reasonably necessary to provide it to us and permit its use for the requested services.

Customers must not knowingly provide stolen, fraudulent, altered, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized documentation or personal information.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

  • perform consultations or case assessments;
  • create or configure Business Profiles;

  • provide Listing Protection;
  • provide SEO or Local SEO services;
  • provide advertising-management services;
  • maintain subscriptions;

  • maintain appropriate business records;
  • prevent fraud or abuse;
  • improve our website and services;
  • analyze website or advertising performance;
  • enforce our agreements;
  • collect valid unpaid balances;
  • respond to payment disputes;
  • protect our legal rights;
  • comply with applicable legal obligations; and
  • perform other purposes reasonably connected to the services requested by the customer.

5. DISCLOSURE TO GOOGLE AND OTHER THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

When reasonably necessary to perform a service authorized by the customer, Reinstatement Experts LLC may submit or disclose relevant information or documentation to Google or another applicable third-party platform.

For example, information may be used in connection with:

  • Business Profile verification;
  • reverification;
  • appeals;
  • reinstatement requests;
  • support cases;
  • ownership or access matters;
  • advertising verification;
  • account support; or
  • other platform processes.

By engaging us for such services and voluntarily providing the necessary information, customers authorize Reinstatement Experts LLC to use and submit relevant materials as reasonably necessary to perform the requested service.

Once information is submitted to Google or another independent third-party platform, that party’s own privacy practices, terms, data-retention practices, and security measures may apply.

Reinstatement Experts LLC does not control the independent data practices of Google or other third-party platforms.

6. GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE INFORMATION

Information appearing publicly on a Business Profile may be visible through Google Search, Google Maps, and other services.

Google explains that Business Profile information can originate from business owners, publicly available sources, licensed third-party data, users, and Google’s interactions with businesses.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information they authorize us to submit accurately represents their business.

7. ACCOUNT ACCESS AND CREDENTIALS

Where account access is required, we seek to use authorized access methods appropriate to the applicable platform whenever reasonably available.

Customers should maintain control of their own accounts and use appropriate account-security practices.

Google specifically recommends that business owners retain access to their Business Profile and that third-party managers generally be added as managers rather than unnecessarily sharing credentials.

Customers should not send passwords, one-time passcodes, PINs, or other highly sensitive authentication credentials unless specifically necessary and appropriate for a legitimate service process.

Google states that it does not ask merchants to provide OTPs or PINs in connection with Business Profile support.

8. SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may use service providers to operate our business, website, payment systems, communications, analytics, advertising, customer support, data storage, or other legitimate business functions.

These providers may process information as necessary to perform services on our behalf or according to their own applicable terms and privacy obligations.

Examples may include ecommerce providers, payment processors, website-hosting providers, email providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, communications providers, and professional advisers.

9. SHOPIFY AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Our website and ecommerce operations may be powered by Shopify.

Payment information submitted during checkout may be processed by Shopify and applicable payment processors.

Reinstatement Experts LLC does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers or security codes when payment information is processed directly through Shopify or another payment processor.

Information processed by Shopify is also subject to Shopify’s applicable privacy practices and terms.

  • account or profile status; and

  • collection agencies;
  • attorneys;
  • insurers;
  • courts;
